Where’s my order at?

We cannot provide a tracked service at this time due to the Covid-19 pandemic

I placed an order a few days ago
It is likely your order is still on it’s way. It can take Australia Post up to 7 working days to deliver cards after it’s been dispatched.

The dispatch date is the day Banteroo POSTs the card and NOT the day it will be delivered.

Please check the status of your order in the Orders tab on your Account Dashboard. We know you want to spam your pal REAL bad, but we advise waiting until at least the 7th working day before reporting your item as late or missing.

In the case of late, or MIA orders, we’ll always do our best to help, either by sending a replacement item or offering a refund in the form of a Wallet top-up.
Our banterlings can only resend items using the same delivery method and to the same delivery address of the original order, amends and upgrades won’t be possible.

During busy times like Christmas, or during times of adverse weather/environmental conditions, Australia Post may need additional time to deliver items. Patience my padawan, allow sufficient time for your order to arrive in the run up to, and during these periods.

Be kind… we can’t be held responsible for delays experienced by Australia Post or other Third-party couriers.

If the lead times above have come and gone and you still haven’t recieved a notification that your order has been dispatched, send for help to hello@banteroo.com.au or via the contact form on our contact us page along with the order number. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can and in the order that your email / query was received.

Can I cancel or change my Order?

All cards ordered online from the Banteroo website are print-on-demand, custom works of art.

To ensure speedy delivery, all our cards are individually printed to your requirements very soon after your order is placed. This means we usually can’t change or cancel an order once the order/dispatch confirmation has been sent to you. This is because our banterlings are all up on that shiz getting your order ready in their workshop.

There are some instances where we might be able to help:

If an order was placed several weeks prior to the delivery date and/or;
a dispatch email has not yet been received

If the above applies contact us immediately, we’re not Jesus so can’t promise you a miracle, but we’ll do our best. Send help to hello@banteroo.com.au or via the contact form on our contact us page include your order number along with the exact changes to be made.

Can I change an address on my order?

Our brilliant website fairies have included an auto lookup feature on the address forms of this website. The correctness of the details and addresses you add to this website are solely your responsibility at all times.

We can’t change or cancel an order once the order and or dispatch confirmation has been sent to you as our banterlings will be busily getting your order ready in their workshop. Or if our suppliers’ gremlins (in another cave far, far away) have packed your gift already. Usually the best course of action, is to cry for a bit and, then place a new order with the correct address details.

Addresses can be updated by logging into your Account and updating the incorrect address in your Address Book.

Visit the Delivery Info page where we provide a link to Australia Post’s handy postcode finder. Please be sensible we can’t guarantee 100% accuracy of this tool or be held responsible for mis posted items due to the information provided to you by the finder. We are in no way affilated with Australia Post and therefore have no control of the information the tool provides you.

What if I accidentally left the card blank or forgot to add a message?

Kay, so our brilliant website fairies have created design features to help you help yourself. But it seems you’ve decided to rage against the machine and ignore all thier good work. Fairy muff, we like to sing “f*** you, I won’t do what you tell me…,” at times too. But sometimes the computer says ‘NO’ and then we have ourselves a situation…

Here are your options:

If the card was sent without a message the receiver will get a blank card. All we can say is, your person of significance is going to be mightily confused, but SUPER happy they got such a ridiculously hilarious masterpiece
If the card was sent to your home address (the default address in your cart) you’ll receive a blank card with an additional envelope. You can add a hand scrawled message and post or deliver it in person
You can fess up, have a good laugh about it and/ or send them another card. They then get to pay the lols forward and gift the blank bantastic masterpiece to one of their scabs.

There are some instances where we might be able to pull a rabbit out a hat with a bat. Aww…so cute.

My order confirmation email doesn’t show my personalisation?

Your order confirmation email is a summary of your order. To view your personalisation log in to your Account and on the Account Dashboard select the Orders tab, click the View button for any order you wish to find out more about … BEHOLD! Your full order details and personalisation hath been revealed.

What do I do if my card arrived damaged or bent?

All of our cards are quality checked once our banterlings have finished producing them and before leaving our workshop.

How did this calamity happen?
When the cards are dispatched they enter Australia Post’s sorting and delivery systems which can occasionally cause cards to become bent, creased or exposed to wet weather conditions when posted.

While this is beyond our control we will always do our best to help you out if this happens.

What should I do?
Send for help to hello@banteroo.com.au or via the contact form on our contact us page. Include your order number along with photographs of the damage and we’ll be in touch with a solution.

I’m missing an envelope

All of our cards are quality checked once our banterlings have finished producing them and before leaving our workshop. However, a banterling is as a banterling does and sometimes naughty things can happen (they really do try to be good). If you’ve been banterlinged. Get in touch with us via the contact form, include your order number and the item missing the envelope (if you had multiple items) and we’ll be in touch with a solution.

I’ve received the wrong card

All of our cards are quality checked once our banterlings have finished producing them and before leaving our workshop. Sometimes, though, a banterling’s mischief-making nature takes over and naughty things happen (they really do try their hardest to be good, 99.9% of the time, all of the time).

What should I do?
Send help to hello@banteroo.com.au or via our contact form. Include your order number and instructions on whether you’d like us to resend your card or provide a Wallet top-up credit to your account.

Please note we can only resend items using the same delivery method and to the same delivery address of the original order, amends and upgrades won’t be possible.

If the card is blank, consider it your reward for helping us do better and dispatch it to one of your favourite homosapiens that’ll appreciate the lols.

I want to buy items without setting up an account

You’ll need an account before our website fairies will let you purchase products. By creating an account you get access to all the heavenly glory that is Banteroo.

Having an account helps you to:

Keep track of your account details and your orders
Build an address book to store important contact details for your Moms and Pops, STANs, BFFLs, and other beings of importance
Set event reminders so you don’t miss the occasions most important to your beings of importance
Build an Aladdin’s cave of all your favourite cards and other wonders
Top-up your account with pre-paid moolah via your account wallet so you can make puchases of said wonders quickly and easily. Not to mention all the super rewards we offer our Bantagonists
