Delivery Info

General Stuff

Your order will be printed and dispatched and delivered Australia-wide via Australia Post (Henceforth known as ‘STRAYA Post). Please allow 4-7 working days for cards and up to 10 working days for other items to reach you or your frenemy ;)

NOTE: The dispatch date is the day Banteroo posts the card and not the day it will be delivered.

We’ll try our best to deliver your order on or before your specified delivery date. But bear (ROAH!) in mind though, Banteroo can’t be held responsible for any unforeseen delays experienced by ‘STRAYA Post.

Orders requiring an extra envelope or additional handling may take a bit longer to be processed by us, our partners, and/or ‘STRAYA Post and could take an extra day or two to arrive. “Secure that shit Hudson” and send your items as early as possible. Maybe pick a delivery date a few days before.

Here’s one we prepared earlier… we’ve created a handy Reminder feature so you can keep track of all those important events. Go to the Account Dashboard and select the Reminders tab to set your reminder. We’ll send you an email two weeks before the date so you have plenty of time to send that lucky someone a bantastic card.

Shipping and Handling Fees

Cards & Paper Accessories 

  • Cards are currently shipped Free / Delivery Included (non-tracked service)
  • Paper accessories will be shipped at a flat-rate fee of $5.99 – $9.20 per item (non-tracked service)
  • Due to the Covid pandemic we currently do not offer an Express delivery service at this time

Gifts

We employ a wide network of gift providers, some of whom ship items directly from their elf caves here in Australia and in lands far far away. This means that your card and gift, in some instances, may be sent separately to your frenemy…oops I did it again…I mean your special someone.

In these cases, please be aware that arrival times and delivery charges will vary, and often there can be an additional processing time of around 5-15 working days for orders. We recommend you send items as early as possible to avoid any disappointment.

 

Track My Order

Our banterlings will send you a dispatch notification when your order is on its way. You can also view the status of your order in the Orders section in the Account Dashboard. 

If you’ve not received a dispatch update, please get in touch via the contact form on the Contact Us page and we’ll get our top bananas on it.

Non-Arrivals & Refunds

Houston we have a problem!… If your order is MIA and hasn’t arrived within 7 working days for cards or 10 working days for gifts, or you haven’t received a dispatch notification at all please do get in touch with us. You can log a request via our contact form and we’ll put Holmes and Watson on the case.

But wait there’s more! If the product you have received is incorrect, please get in touch via our contact form. We don’t offer change-your-mind refunds and we can’t be held responsible for delays or damage that may have resulted during postage, this includes damage caused by adverse weather conditions #JUSTSAYING.

Christmas Delivery Cut Off Times

We recommend that you send your cards earlier than usual due to COVID and ‘Straya Post delays.

Maybe pick a delivery date a few days before the actual date.

  • Same State: Friday 17th December
  • Interstate: Tuesday 14th December

Orders placed after the above dates will be printed and posted as quickly as possible but are likely to arrive after Christmas.
